Cabin Classes
Voyager
Voyager cabins contain seats with a pitch of 33 inches and recline of 118 degrees, as well as adjustable foot rests, in-seat telephones and seat-back touch screens. Passengers are provided amenity kits that contain eye masks, ear plugs and refreshing towelettes. Long haul in-flight menus include breakfast, lunch, snacks or dinner served with a range of hot and cold beverages. Air France has audio/visual on demand entertainment systems featuring movies, TV shows, music and games on selected long-haul aircraft. Voyager passengers are allowed 1 piece of 12kg hand luggage and 2 pieces of 23kg (each) checked baggage when flying to North America and selected destinations in Africa, South America and the Caribbean. For all other destinations, passengers are allowed 1 piece of 23kg checked baggage for all other destinations.
Premium Voyager
Long haul Premium Economy cabins contain shell seats with a pitch of 38 inches, adjustable foot and leg rests, personal storage compartments, in-seat power supply and 10.4 inch touch screens. Passengers are provided wool blankets, pillows, bottles of water and amenity kits containing skin care items and Clarins hydrating cream. Long haul in-flight menus include a choice of 2 hot meal options prepared by Michel Nugues, as well as a range of hot and cold beverages including cocktails. For flights from Paris lasting 10.5 hours or more, we offer a self-service buffet containing mini-sandwiches and Häagen-Dazs ice cream. Air France has audio/visual on demand entertainment systems featuring movies, TV shows, music and games on selected long-haul aircraft. Premium Voyager passengers are allowed 1 piece of 18kg hand luggage and 2 pieces of 23kg (each) checked baggage.
Alizé
Alizé fares are offered on flights to the Caribbean and Indian Ocean. These cabins contain seats with 123 degrees in recline, massaging foot rests, in-seat power supply and seat-back touch screens. Passengers are provided pillows, wool blankets and amenity kits containing socks, ear plugs, masks and face towels. The in-flight menu includes a glass of punch on arrival, a choice of 2 hot meals prepared by Michel Nugues, as well as a range of beverages including wine and champagne selected by Olivier Poussier. Air France has audio/visual on demand entertainment systems featuring movies, TV shows, music and games on selected aircraft. Alizé passengers are allowed 1 piece of 18kg hand luggage and 2 pieces of 23kg (each) checked baggage.
Affaires
Affaires cabins contain full flat beds that are 6 feet 5 inches long. These seats contain personal telephones, arm-rest controls, storage space, in-seat power supply and 10.4 inch touch screens. Passengers are provided hypoallergenic feather pillows, wool blankets and amenity kits containing toiletries and Clarins moisturiser. Affaires passengers are welcomed on board with a glass of champagne or orange juice and a hot hand towel. The long haul in-flight menu includes amuse-bouches (bite size hors d'oeuvres), appetizers, seasonal salads, a choice of 4 main courses, dessert, fruit, sorbet and a selection of beverages. Flights more than 10 and a half hours long have two reserved bar areas equipped with buffets. Air France has audio/visual on demand entertainment systems featuring more than 500 hours of movies, TV shows, music and games. /p>
La Première
La Première cabins contain full flat beds that are 6 feet 5 inches long and have a mattress and duvet comforter. These seats contain personal telephones, arm-rest controls, auto-massage function, storage space, in-seat power supply and a 10.4 inch touch screen. Passengers are provided with hypoallergenic feather pillows and duvets, wool blankets, lounge wear, shoe bags, slippers and amenity kits containing eye masks, toiletries and 5 Clarins cosmetics for men and women. The in-flight menu includes amuse-bouches (bite size hors d'oeuvres), soup, main course, a selection of cheeses, fresh bread, dessert created by Lenôtre (Paris departures only) fruit, sorbet, ice-cream and a selection of beverages. Air France has audio/visual on demand entertainment systems featuring more than 500 hours of movies, TV shows, music and games.
Baggage
La Première passengers are allowed 1 piece of 18kg hand luggage and 3 pieces of 32 kg (each) checked baggage.
Check-in Options
Air France offers mobile and web check-in from 30 hours until the flight check-in deadline. Self-service kiosks and check-in counters are also available at the airport. Check-in closes 30 minutes before departure time for all medium-haul European flights, 40 minutes before departure time for all flights to North Africa and 60 minutes before departure time for all other destinations.
Rewards Program
The Flying Blue rewards program allows members to earn points when they fly with Air France, KLM, Air Europa, Aircalin, Kenya Airways and Tarom. Accumulated points can be used towards award tickets and extra services with Air France and their partners.
Lounges
Air France has 4 types of lounges located at Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport. These lounges offer a range of services from the La Première lounge featuring a wellness and spa centre, individual work areas, free wireless internet access and business facilities, to the Arrivals lounge offering shower facilities, breakfast and a pressing service. Air France is also part of the Sky Team alliance and has access to more than 300 lounges around the world. La Première passengers, Affaires passengers, SkyTeam Elite Plus members and Flying Blue Gold and Platinum members can access selected lounges.
