Loisirs Class

Loisirs Class cabins contain seats with a pitch of 32 inches, 115 degrees of recline, telephones and 9-inch seat-back screens. Passengers are provided with pillows, blankets, toothbrushes, masks, socks and hot towels before meals. The in-flight menu includes appetisers, entrées, hot meals, desserts, cheeses, snacks and a range of beverages. Air Austral has the Panasonic Video On Demand entertainment system on Boeing 777-300 aircraft offering passengers a range of options. Entertainment on other aircraft vary depending on the destination and includes 1 or 2 films and 12 music channels.

Confort Class

Confort Class cabins contain leather seats with a pitch of 38 inches, 128 degrees recline, in-seat power supply and 10.6 inch seat-back screens. Beverages are served prior to take off and passengers are provided blankets, pillows and amenity kits containing cosmetics, toothbrushes, socks and masks. The in-flight menu includes appetisers, entrées, a choice of 2 main courses, desserts, tartlets, cheeses, chocolates and a range of beverages. Air Austral has the Panasonic Video On Demand entertainment system on Boeing 777-300 aircraft offering passengers a range of options. Entertainment on other aircraft include 6 films and 12 music channels.

Club Austral Class

Club Austral Class cabins on Boeing 777-300 ER aircraft contain flat beds that are 73 inches in length and contain in-seat telephones and 10.6 inch personal screens. Champagne is served prior to take off and passengers are provided blankets, pillows, shoe bags and amenity kits containing cosmetics, toothbrushes, socks and masks. The in-flight menu includes appetisers, entrées, a choice of 3 main courses, desserts, fruits, cheeses, chocolates and a range of beverages. Air Austral has the Panasonic Video On Demand entertainment system on Boeing 777-300 aircraft offering passengers a range of options. Entertainment on other aircraft include 6 films and 12 music channels.

Baggage

Loisirs Class passengers are allowed 10kg hand luggage, 1 piece of 30kg checked baggage when flying to New Caledonia and 1 piece of 25kg checked baggage for all other destinations. Confort Class passengers are allowed 10kg hand luggage and 1 piece of 35kg checked baggage. Club Austral Class passengers are allowed 10kg hand luggage and 1 piece of 35kg checked baggage.

Check-in Options

Passengers can check-in for international Air Austral flights at the airport from 3 hours to 1 hour before departure time.

Rewards Program

The Capricorn Fidelity Program allows members to earn points when they fly with Air Austral and their affiliated partners. Accumulated points can be used towards flights, upgrades and extra baggage with Air Austral and their affiliated partners.

Lounges

The Club Austral Lounge is located at Roland Garros Airport in Reunion. Air Austral also has access to 4 lounges in France and 5 lounges throughout the world. Club Austral passengers, Confort passengers and Capricorn Premium members have access to The Club Austral Lounge and affiliated lounges. Confort passengers do not have access to affiliated lounges in Thailand.
