Cabin Classes
Economy
Economy Class cabins contain seats with a pitch ranging from 31 to 34 inches depending on the aircraft. Aeroflot Airlines also offer a Comfort + service which allows passengers to upgrade to seats with more leg room for an extra fee. The in-flight menu includes hot hors d'oeuvres, hot and cold dinner and breakfast options as well as a range of beverages. Menus vary depending on the aircraft and destination. Alcoholic beverages are available to purchase on select flights. A330 aircraft have the Panasonic eX2 IFE Video On Demand systems which offer passengers a range of movies, music and games on 9 inch seat-back screens. Boeing 767 cabins have shared screens which feature pre-programmed movies and music.
Premier Class
Premier Class cabins contain seats with a pitch of 38 inches and 18 degrees of recline. Passengers are provided drinks prior to departure as well as travel kits depending on the destination. The in-flight menu will vary depending on the flight and can include Russian-style and European-style appetizers, main courses, desserts, breakfasts, snacks and a range of beverages. Select aircraft and flights have DigEplayer portable Video On Demand entertainment systems which feature news and information about Aeroflot, Russian films, international films, kids' programs and music.
President Class
President Class cabins contain flat cocoon seats with a pitch of 58 inches and a lying position length of 76.5 inches. Passengers are served drinks prior to departure. On flights over 6 hours long passengers are provided blankets, pillows and amenity kits containing slippers, shoehorns, masks, moisturizing tissues, handkerchiefs, toothbrushes and paste. The in-flight menu includes both Russian and international à la carte menu options, starters, salads, entrees, desserts and a range of beverages. Select aircraft and flights have DigEplayer portable Video On Demand entertainment systems which feature news and information about Aeroflot, Russian films, international films, kids' programs and music. A330 aircraft have the Panasonic eX2 IFE Video On Demand systems which offer passengers a range of movies, music and games on 16 inch seat-back screens.
Baggage
Aeroflot's Economy Class passengers are allowed 1 piece of 10kg hand luggage and 2 pieces of 23kg (each) checked baggage to the USA, the Middle East, Africa and select locations in Asia and India. For all other destinations Economy Class passengers are allowed 1 piece of 23kg checked baggage. If flying Premier Class, passengers are allowed 1 piece of 15kg hand luggage and 2 pieces of 23kg (each) checked baggage, while President Class passengers are allowed 1 piece of 15kg hand luggage and 3 pieces of 23kg (each) checked baggage.
Check-in Options
Aeroflot Airlines offers web check-in from 24 hours up to 90 minutes before the departure time. If checking in at the airport, check-in closes 40 minutes before departure time.
Rewards Program
The Aeroflot Bonus rewards program allows members to earn points when they fly with Aeroflot Airlines and their affiliated partners. Accumulated points can be used towards flights, upgrades, extra baggage and priority treatment with Aeroflot Airlines and their partners.
Lounges
Aeroflot has 4 lounges located at Sheremetyevo International Airport and 1 at Moscow Domodedovo domestic airport. Facilities vary between the lounges and can include showers, TV screens, free wireless internet access, snacks and beverages including alcohol, tea and coffee. President Class passengers and Aeroflot Bonus Gold or SkyTeam Elite Plus cardholders have access to the lounges.
